Project Engineer* (m/f/d)

In Germany, we are present at two locations: With our sales team in Planegg/Munich, we are shaking up the German market in the area of juice and tea beverages and have been on a steep growth trajectory for years. At our production site in Baruth, we fill beverages for the domestic and international market with some of the most innovative technical equipment in the world.

• Development, planning, and implementation of projects to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions within the framework of our Mission 2035 (Net-Zero Strategy)
• Independent planning, management, and implementation of technical projects in the production environment

• Accompanying plant construction, modernization, and optimization measures from idea to commissioning
• Technical project support in the areas of plant construction, process engineering, and electrical engineering
• Active support in the practical implementation of projects directly in production
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization and savings potentials
• Coordination with internal specialist departments as well as external planning offices, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with cost, deadline, and quality objectives
• Evaluation of new technologies and development of sustainable technical solutions
• Technical support for malfunctions, modifications, and complex issues

• Successfully completed studies in process engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical project management, ideally in the process or production industry
• Very good technical knowledge in the areas of project management and electrical engineering as well as experience in the planning and implementation of technical investment projects
• Confident handling of technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and plant concepts
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of implementing things directly on-site
• High practical orientation combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Understanding of the interrelationships between technology, production, quality, and economic efficiency
• Initiative and sense of responsibility as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Fluent German and good English language skills
