Process Launch Engineer (m/f/d)

SEGURA is an industrial group specializing in the design, development, and industrialization of metal parts and components for the automotive industry, primarily through stamping and welding processes.
The group currently employs 1500 people distributed across various locations: Almussafes (Spain), Vigo (Spain), Szolnok (Hungary), Germany (Treuenbrietzen and Eisenach), and the headquarters in Paterna (Spain).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process Launch Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects until successful completion
• Monitor project progress using customer systems (e.g., APQP, LiOn, BeON, ITP) and ensure deadlines, milestones, and customer requirements are met
• Create and maintain project documents and documentation on time
• Support and assist customers from the prototype and pre-series phase through to PSW release and series start
• Collaborate with internal departments and initiate appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations
• Participate in meetings and audits
• Adhere to specifications regarding quality, occupational safety, environmental protection, confidentiality, and information security
