Project Engineer Versorgungstechnik KG 410 Sanitärplanung LPH 1-5 TGA (m/w/d)

You set new standards in sanitary and wastewater planning for residential quarters, schools or authorities in Berlin and Brandenburg. What you plan will actually be implemented. We work on our projects in 4er-teams, so one specialist per trade (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electricity). You'll work at eye level with strong professional exchange and realistic deadlines. As you grow in your role, your area leader will support you professionally and personally, whether it's through EIPOS training or on the way to becoming an expert. From March 1, 2026 or earlier: 25 colleagues and one colleague are looking forward to your expertise and to planning technology with you.

Aufgaben

• Nachhaltigkeit im Fokus: You develop sustainable concepts for your cost group, write building descriptions, and conduct cost estimates.
• Eigenverantwortliche Planung: You plan solutions for sanitary, fresh, and wastewater systems as well as rainwater management in the LPH 1-5.
• CAD und Berechnungen: You create design and execution plans, as well as all important calculations and assessments for the respective performance phases.
• Teamwork: Together with the specialists for electricity, heating, and ventilation, you check possible collisions in the planning process.
• Ausschreibung & Vergabe: Ideally, you handle phases 6 and 7 independently. Otherwise, we'll be happy to help you.
• You take over the Abstimmung with authorities, suppliers, and all project partners necessary for your cost group 410.

Qualifikation

• Deine Erfahrung: You are able to independently handle phases 1-5 ideally up to phase 7 in the KG 410.
• Dein Fachwissen: You are familiar with state regulations, DIN and VDI norms, and the VOB and know how to apply them in planning.
• Dein Hintergrund: A completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in the fields of Versorgungstechnik, TGA, energy, building or environmental technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable field makes you an expert in your area.
• Deine IT-Kompetenzen: You master common planning software (currently AutoCAD, future Revit), liNear and MS Office securely; desirable: experience with AVA software.
• Kommunikation: You communicate confidently in German with authorities, specialists, and clients, both in writing and orally.
