Project Engineer / TGA Planner (m/w/d) - Unlimited Direct Placement at Customer

We are looking for an experienced person in the field of TGA / Energy and Building Technology (m/w/d) - Heat, Cold, Energy Technology as part of an unlimited direct placement.

In this versatile role, you will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing modern energy concepts and accompany projects from the technical idea to successful commissioning.

Tasks

• Development of technical concepts in the field of heat, cold, and climate technology – for existing buildings as well as new construction projects
• Preparation of cost, budget, and resource plans, including preparation of decision-making bases
• Steering external service providers (engineering firms, construction companies) in planning and execution
• Ensuring legally secure contractual framework conditions
• Responsibility for budget and deadline control throughout all project phases
• Accompanying projects until commissioning, including optimization and validation of energy solutions in later operation
• Tight coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure economically, sustainably, and technically optimized solutions

Qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, design, or project management in the field of heat, cold, climate, or energy technology
• Fundamental experience in TGA planning and project development, ideally from a building, energy, or infrastructure-related environment
• Able to evaluate technical concepts economically and adapt them to customer needs
• Interdisciplinary understanding of the connection between heat/cold systems and electrical energy generation systems
• Communicative, sovereign, structured, and solution-oriented – especially when dealing with complex technical challenges
• Organizational skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
• Must-have: fundamental experience in heating / cold / heat pumps (no lateral entrants)
