Job description

For a demanding energy infrastructure project in the Frankfurt am Main region, you will provide technical support for the construction of a substation to supply a data center. The focus of the position is on the planning, coordination, and technical support of building services, as well as ensuring smooth collaboration among all involved specialist areas.

Tasks

Planning, checking, and coordinating building services (TGA) for substation, operational, and technical buildings
Technical processing of trades such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, as well as building services systems including technical interfaces
Checking and evaluating planning documents, service specifications, technical concepts, as well as supporting planning changes and execution planning
Coordinating specialist planners, suppliers, consultants, and executing companies, as well as supporting site management with quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
Accompanying acceptances, commissioning, and defect tracking, as well as ensuring complete project and as-built documentation

Qualification

Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the planning or implementation of building services (TGA) systems, ideally in the field of energy infrastructure, industrial, or substation projects
Sound knowledge of building services (TGA) trades as well as relevant standards and guidelines
Structured, self-directed working style, strong communication skills, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
