Job description
For a demanding energy infrastructure project in the Frankfurt am Main region, you will provide technical support for the construction of a substation to supply a data center. The focus of the position is on the planning, coordination, and technical support of building services, as well as ensuring smooth collaboration among all involved specialist areas.
Tasks
- Planning, checking, and coordinating building services (TGA) for substation, operational, and technical buildings
- Technical processing of trades such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling, as well as building services systems including technical interfaces
- Checking and evaluating planning documents, service specifications, technical concepts, as well as supporting planning changes and execution planning
- Coordinating specialist planners, suppliers, consultants, and executing companies, as well as supporting site management with quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
- Accompanying acceptances, commissioning, and defect tracking, as well as ensuring complete project and as-built documentation
Qualification
- Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the planning or implementation of building services (TGA) systems, ideally in the field of energy infrastructure, industrial, or substation projects
- Sound knowledge of building services (TGA) trades as well as relevant standards and guidelines
- Structured, self-directed working style, strong communication skills, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
