Independent planning of process units and coordination with other disciplines
Development of concepts, technologies, and strategies
Support in all construction activities, e.g. answering information requests, reviewing submissions, creating defect lists, preparing progress reports, etc.
Closely working together with the customer's operational/production personnel to gather data and define affected systems
Preparation, documentation, and evaluation of mass and energy balances
Development of block flow diagrams (BFDs), process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
Preparation of technical documentation for the process equipment and qualification requirements
Preparation of tender documents and technical comparison of suppliers
