Aufgaben

• You will take over independent technical planning and project leadership in the area of TGA (heating, ventilation, sanitation, swimming pool, and ice technology)
• You will prepare tender documents and cost calculations for TGA contractors
• You are responsible for negotiating and awarding services to subcontractors as well as for post-contract management
• You monitor and document the construction projects, including cost control and settlement

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in building and energy technology, supply technology or comparable; alternatively, you are an HLS technician with work experience
• You already have work experience in planning TGA projects (LPH 1-3)
• You have good knowledge of MS Office; experiences in AutoCAD, Revit or LiNear are advantageous
• Your German is very good (at least C1)
• You are willing to work on projects nationwide
