Tasks

• Planning, project planning, and construction of investment projects
• Project development, preparation of technical specifications, plans, drawings in conjunction with preliminary design, cost estimation, economic considerations, feasibility studies
• Facilitating technical discussions with internal and external project partners
• Preparing task assignments for suppliers and specialist planners in the area of investments and rationalizations
• Evaluating and comparing offers, preparing performance schedules and delivery contracts
• Site management for new builds and renovations (acceptance, etc.), cost control, schedule control, budget responsibility
• Knowledge of / active participation in the implementation and maintenance of management systems for environment, quality, energy, occupational safety, climate protection
• Knowledge of building and immission control regulations

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering, automation technology)
• Multidisciplinary experience in industry, international experiences a plus
• Knowledge of business planning, project planning, construction, and project development
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and technical guidelines
• Proficient use of MS-Office, an ERP system, and CAD software (preferably AutoCAD)
• Good knowledge of English and German languages
• Teamwork skills in a multinational environment, as well as confidence, flexibility, and quick comprehension
