As a Project Engineer (m/w/d), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and commissioning innovative traffic signal systems to prioritize public transportation. With your expertise, ensure efficient traffic control and support municipalities in urban and transportation planning.

Tasks

• Planning & Development: Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of projects prioritizing public transportation on city railway and bus lines.
• Traffic Control: Planning and supervision of new or modified traffic signal control systems until commissioning.
• Urban Planning: Preparation of statements on traffic and urban planning with a focus on public transportation.
• Transfer Stations: Participation in conceptualizing and detailed planning of transfer stations, taking into account traffic safety.
• Optimization: Evaluation and improvement of control sequences as well as linking traffic computers.
• Permit Management: Ensuring compliance with official regulations and guidelines.

Qualification

• Qualification: Completed studies in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or electrical engineering (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• Software Skills: Proficient use of MS Office, SAP, and CAD tools.
• Competences: Presentation and moderation skills as well as analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Work Style: Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work style.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and team ability.
