Project Engineer / Technical Planner TGA (m/w/d)

We are a reliable partner for comprehensive support in the field of technical building planning, project management, and engineering services.

Our scope of services includes from preliminary research to conceptual design, detailed design, approval and execution planning, tendering and construction supervision all phases of performance according to HOAI §55 for hotel and office buildings, hospitals and industrial facilities.

For projects, planning and construction supervision tasks of our customers we find tailored solutions in all trades and installation groups of cost group 400 according to DIN 276.

Aufgaben

Your task – technically challenging, with responsibility

• Total responsibility for the building management of TGA trades (Sanitary, Heating, Climate) in national construction projects
• Translation of user requirements into sustainable, economic and standardized technical solutions
• Schnittstellenmanagement between client, users, architects, engineers, and executing companies
• Exercise of the client function in the field of technical building equipment
• Accompaniment of commissioning, acceptance, training and handover
• Fachliche support during the review of technical plans and executions
• Active participation in the further development, optimization and standardization of construction and project management processes

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Fundamental knowledge in Sanitary, Heating, Climate Technology, Building Automation
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in hospital or industrial construction
• Experience in project management, e.g. with MS Project
• Safe handling of architects, engineers, trades and interdisciplinary project teams
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Secure German language skills, good English language skills
