Solar, Wind, BESS Project Developer (m/w/d)

The Renergo is a start-up specializing in the development of PV free fields, wind power, and energy storage nationwide.

Our goal is to drive the energy transition forward and generate sustainable value for all parties involved.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for talented individuals for our decentralized team of about 15 colleagues, who want to work together with us to combat climate change.

Tasks

• The project development of free field PV, wind or BESS projects until approval or commissioning is one of your main tasks.
• You are responsible for budget and scheduling of your projects and ensure successful project development.
• You will also support project development in the acquisition of new projects/areas and possibly the establishment of new business areas.
• Teamwork: You will work closely with our colleagues from the land acquisition team and GIS team, providing technical support.
• Permitting procedures: You will prepare applications, coordinate subcontractors, and synchronize with municipalities and authorities.
• The internal coordination and care of external stakeholders such as authorities, customers, etc. fall within your scope.
• Communication: You will present projects to local authorities and ensure transparent coordination.
• Management of external partners: You will commission service providers and ensure quality and timely implementation.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in technical or business administration, ideally in the field of renewable energies.
• You have already gained experience in project development and project management in the field of renewable energy, i.e. free field PV, wind power, or battery storage.
• You possess extensive knowledge in the field of energy-related questions and EEG.
• A structured and independent working style is characteristic of you.
• You are a communicative person with a friendly demeanor.
• You bring high motivation and enthusiasm to grow together with us and drive the energy transition forward through your work.
