Tasks

• Support in developing, further developing, and optimizing real estate projects
• Analyzing, preparing, and documenting project-related data, concepts, and decision-making bases
• Collaboration in evaluating locations, usage concepts, and project potential
• SUPPORT IN ECONOMIC CALCULATIONS, CALCULATIONS, AND PROJECT ANALYSES
• Taking over operational tasks in the project day-to-day and independently processing part projects
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS AS WELL AS EXTERNAL PARTNERS, PLANNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
• ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC PROJECT GOALS

Qualification

• Completed studies with a focus on real estate, civil engineering, economics, or project management
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate and project environment
• First practical experience in project development, project management, or projects related to real estate
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented work style
• A strong interest in project management, real estate development, and innovative concepts
• Analytical thinking as well as economic understanding
• Teamwork ability, reliability, and a professional work style
