The PHOENIX Living GmbH was founded in 2019 at the heart of Stuttgart as part of the PHOENIX Group and subsidiary of the Zech Group. Tasks

As a project developer for new residential projects in Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and Bavaria, you are responsible for the development process. Your main tasks include:

• Aquisition of plots and review of plot offers
• Creating feasibility studies and economic calculations
• Developing suitable product concepts based on legal, spatial, and market-specific conditions
• Coordinating the building permit and approval process under consideration of the respective product concepts
• Creating a marketing concept and steering the marketing agency
• Project handover to project management, which takes over project control
• Contact person for customers during the project
• Commissioning and coordination of the sales partner for the sale of developed residential units

Your ability to think strategically, handle complex challenges, and find effective solutions is crucial for the success of our company in the real estate market.

Qualification

We are not focused on degrees, but rather seek creative minds who have already gained experience in developing real estate. Here are a few qualifications to orient yourself:

• You have several years of experience in real estate development
• You have successfully developed projects
• Ideal would be a degree in real estate economics / real estate technology / real estate management or a business studies degree with a focus on real estate. Alternatively, degrees in architecture, economics, or civil engineering are also welcome
• You bring fundamental knowledge of building and planning law and have ideal experience in monument protection or alternative experience in social housing
• You enjoy complex project development and find clever solutions
• You have very good German language skills and are open to digital work
