For our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of wind, PV, and BESS projects from the initial site idea to approval readiness and handover for realization.

The goal of the role is to identify and purposefully advance economically attractive, approvable, and technically feasible projects. In doing so, you will take holistic control of the projects as well as coordinate all relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and development objectives.

Your Tasks

• Project Acquisition and Site Development: Identification, evaluation, and securing of suitable sites and areas for wind, PV, and BESS projects, including feasibility analyses and site acquisition.
• Project Development and Approval: Development and optimization of projects, management of approval and planning procedures, and coordination of consultants, planners, authorities, and other project partners.
• Technical and Economic Development: Evaluation of grid connection possibilities, project layouts, and economic viability, as well as management of costs, schedules, risks, and project budgets.
• Stakeholder and Project Management: Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, municipalities, authorities, grid operators, and business partners, as well as coordinating internal and external project participants.
• Project Completion and Handover: Preparation of projects for financing, marketing, sales, or handover to the construction and realization phase.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in a technical or energy industry-related field.
• Professional experience in project development in the field of renewable energies, grid integration, or grid connection planning.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and basic knowledge of grid technical requirements.
• Analytical, structured, and self-directed way of working.
• Very good communication skills and strong interface management.
• Professional-level German language skills and advanced English language skills are required.
