Project Developer (m/w/d) with Focus on Land Acquisition - Renewable Energies

In a strong company for renewable energies, which implements solar and wind energy projects throughout the country, you will be responsible for project development.

You will work mobile and independently in the region Mainz, finding suitable areas for photovoltaic, battery storage, and wind energy projects and serving as a point of contact on site.

As Project Developer (m/w/d) with focus on land acquisition, you will accompany new projects from start to finish – travel readiness and enthusiasm for renewable energies are therefore prerequisites!

Tasks

• You identify and assess suitable areas for photovoltaic, battery storage, and wind energy projects.
• You take contact with property owners and authorities on site.
• You negotiate and conclude usage agreements and other arrangements.
• You support in obtaining planning permission and present the projects to municipalities, planning authorities, and stakeholders.
• You are a point of contact for all project participants from the initial idea to handover to the project management.

Qualification

• A completed education with professional experience in land acquisition, ideally already in the field of renewable energies (wind/PV/BESS).
• You are open, sociable, and enjoy working outdoors.
• Your sovereign demeanor makes you a strong negotiating partner.
• You hold a driver's license and travel readiness for day trips in the region.
