We are a successful consulting company that also realizes its own projects in the wind and PV sector on self-owned plots and therefore needs your support.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for a project portfolio that covers the entire development cycle: securing land, commissioning studies, analyzing the optimal layout and WEA type, requesting permits, processing permit applications
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of permit procedures according to BImSchG
• Stakeholder management along the development cycle
• Preliminary preparation of decisions for the executive board with corresponding reporting
• Project monitoring in terms of time, budget, and quality
• Risk management of projects

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in geography, engineering or economics or other comparable qualifications or work experience
• Multiple years of professional experience in project development, preferably in the wind or PV industry with a focus on permit planning
• In-depth knowledge of economic and legal framework conditions for the wind energy sector, particularly in the context of planning law (BauGB, BImSchG, ROG, EEG, TA Lärm, BNatSchG, WindBG etc.)
• Experience in dealing with landowners, service providers, permit authorities, and municipalities
• Experience in working with geographic information systems (GIS) in the context of wind and PV parks
• Safe application knowledge in MS-Office is an advantage
• Negotiation-safe German language skills in writing and speaking
• Travel readiness, German driving license class B
