Project Developer (m/f/d) Energy Contracting

Tasks
As a Project Developer (m/f/d) in Energy Contracting in Düsseldorf or Munich, you will be instrumental in developing innovative and economical energy solutions for our customers and actively shaping the energy transition. You will
take responsibility for the planning, evaluation, and implementation
of sustainable supply concepts, working closely with internal
specialist departments, external partners, and clients from the real estate industry.
- Development of Sustainable Energy Concepts: Planning and design of modern energy supply solutions in the areas of heat, electricity, cooling, CHP, biomass, and wood boiler systems.
- Project Coordination: Management and coordination of internal and external project partners – from planners and grid operators to authorities and clients.
- Feasibility and Economic Viability Analyses: Conducting technical and economic evaluations for decision-making and project prioritization.
- Tendering and Subsidy Management: Preparation of
tender calculations, integration of relevant subsidy programs, and
consideration of regulatory requirements. - Customer Consulting: Support and advice
for our clients from the real estate industry in
decarbonization, the development of climate strategies, and the
transformation of existing heating networks.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of building services, energy, or environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of experience in the development, planning, or implementation of energy supply projects, ideally in a contracting or urban quarter context.
- In-depth technical and commercial understanding, as well as experience in evaluating the economic viability, energy efficiency, and subsidy eligibility of projects.
- Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EnEfG, GEG, KWKG, EEG) and their application in project practice.
- Proficient in the use of planning and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, CRM systems) and an affinity for digitally supported processes.
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking combined with entrepreneurial foresight.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured, team-oriented working style.
- Enthusiasm for topics such as decarbonization, energy efficiency, and sustainable urban quarter development.
