We are looking for you immediately full-time (part-time also possible) in Munich to strengthen our Asset and Property Management Team as a Project Developer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

You will take responsibility for the successful realization of our real estate projects and shape their development from beginning to end. Your tasks include in particular:

  • You will be fully responsible for the management and coordination of our demanding construction projects from the initial idea to the final handover.

  • As a central interface, you will manage communication between all internal and external project stakeholders such as architects, specialist planners, authorities, and construction companies, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

  • You will be responsible for adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality standards, and will proactively take corrective action if deviations threaten.

  • You will actively support the process of obtaining building permits and ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.


Your Profile

  • Education: You have a completed degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience: You have several years (ideally 5-10 years) of professional experience in project development or project management of real estate projects.

  • Know-how: You have in-depth knowledge of obtaining building permits (e.g., development plan procedures) as well as managing and executing large construction projects.

  • Personality: As a communicative team player, you are able to bundle different interests and lead project teams to joint success.

  • Work Style: Your work style is structured, results-oriented, and characterized by a high degree of reliability and personal responsibility.

  • Enthusiasm: You enjoy bringing a task as described above to life and are eager to contribute your ideas and commitment to our company.
