In a strong company for renewable energies, which implements solar and wind power plants throughout the country, we need you for planning and implementing battery energy storage systems (BESS).

As Project Developer (m/w/d) Battery Energy Storage System, you are responsible for the entire project management of future battery energy storage system projects from site selection to final handover.

The projects will be developed at our company's location in Mainz. In addition to wanting to be a part of this forward-looking vision, you should also bring travel readiness - regular visits to the planned battery energy storage systems are part of your tasks.

Tasks

• You are responsible for identifying, coordinating, and controlling battery energy storage system projects.
• You accompany BESS projects from idea to final handover.
• You conduct site analyses and plot surveys and create a planning concept.
• You assess project risks and accompany approval procedures.
• You report regularly on the status of the projects and work closely with internal specialist departments.

Qualification

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and with battery energy storage systems, for example as a project developer in the field of photovoltaics, solar, wind or renewable energies.
• Degree in a technical field, such as electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Experience in dealing with project management tools and MS Office.
• Good understanding of business economic relationships.
• Your communication skills make you a strong negotiator.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
• Readiness to travel throughout Germany for site visits.
