Project Developer for Wind Power Plants (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for wind energy projects from consulting to contract completion
• Preparation of site plans, concepts, and planning variants for potential wind farms including exploration concepts
• Counseling and advising customers
• Design and approval planning for wind farm projects
• Professional evaluation of projects considering legal regulations and the necessary planning steps required to obtain permission
• Preparation of permit applications
• Contact person for authorities, experts, and customers as well as for technical questions
• Presentations in town hall meetings and at public gatherings
• Processing of information materials for customers
• Management of technical documentation and project records

Qualification

• Degree in Architecture, Geography, renewable energies, civil engineering or equivalent training as a construction draftsman with relevant work experience or similar qualification
• You are an organizational talent and team player who takes on responsibility gladly
• Experience in customer service and dealing with authorities is desirable
• Very good communication skills and negotiation skills
• Experience with CAD or GIS programs, preferably already experienced with programs like WindPRO and Windographer
• Good MS-Office knowledge
