For our branch in Münster, we are looking for a Project Developer / Acquirer (m/f/d).

• You independently acquire new plots of land and project potentials, and are responsible for and manage the negotiation and execution of land purchase, rental, and urban development contracts.
• You are responsible for the project team and optimize all project-relevant work processes in technical, commercial, and legal terms from design to building permit.
• You independently initiate required appointments, such as contacts with all project participants (internal and external).
• With the support of our Operations Office Construction, you coordinate all internal and external project participants, especially appointed engineering firms and specialist planners.
• You prepare and are responsible for the feasibility studies within the scope of the development process and report directly to management.

• You have completed studies as an architect or civil engineer, possibly with a focus on urban planning, a degree as a Wirtschaftsingenieur (Industrial Engineer), or a real estate industry qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in acquisition, real estate project development, residential construction, and commercial construction.
• You possess confident negotiation skills and strong negotiation talent, a high degree of flexibility, good assertiveness; cost-conscious and entrepreneurial thinking is your motto.
• You are team-oriented and receptive to criticism, can lead a team and guide them towards objectives.
• Enjoy independent work and full project responsibility.
• You are characterized by high work motivation and quickly understand interdependencies.
