What tasks can you expect from us?

• Eigenverantwortliche kaufmännische Projektabwicklung spannender und innovativer Entwicklungsvorhaben sowie kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Optimierung abrechnungsrelevanter Unterlagen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Richtlinien und Vorschriften
• Konzeption und Ausarbeitung projektbezogener Planungen, Analysen und Reports
• Überwachung von Terminen, Fristen und Meilensteinen sowie sorgfältige Pflege und Archivierung projektbezogener Unterlagen und Akten
• Professioneller Schriftverkehr und vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit Projektträgern, Finanzbehörden und weiteren internen sowie externen Schnittstellen

What do you bring ideally?

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gehen gerne mit Zahlen um
• Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office (insb. Excel und PowerPoint)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse vom Vorteil
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Organisationstalent
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
• Freundliches, team- und kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie gepflegte Umgangsformen
