Project Controller / Representative-Projektfinanzen (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as **„**Project Controller / Representative-Projektfinanzen (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Project Controller / Representative-Projektfinanzen (m/w/d), you will take over the financial management of national funding projects and be responsible for comprehensive project controlling
• You will steer and monitor budgets, costs, revenues, deadlines, and liquidity flows and ensure the economic project development is secure
• You will create project calculations, forecasts, reports, and usage statements for public funding providers such as the federal government and states
• In your role as a contact person, you will advise project leaders, department heads, and external partners on financial questions in funding management
• The preparation and accompaniment of audits, as well as ensuring a compliant and transparent project accounting according to grant regulations, complete your task portfolio

Qualification

• You bring a degree or training in industrial management (m/w/d), office management (m/w/d), tax accountant (m/w/d), financial clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• You ideally have professional experience as a representative (m/w/d) for project finances, project controller (m/w/d), funding manager (m/w/d), financial controller (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideal candidates possess knowledge in handling public funding programs, grant regulations, and creating usage statements
• You convince with a developed numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and a structured, independent working style
• Fluent German and good English skills round out your profile
