Job description
On behalf of our partner company from the public sector in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Project Controller (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Controller (m/f/d), you will manage the financial planning and monitoring of grant and third-party funded projects.
- In addition, you will prepare calculations, monitor budgets, costs, and cash flows, and ensure economic control.
- You will also be responsible for regular reporting, including the preparation of proof of use of funds.
- Furthermore, you will act as a contact person for project participants and external clients in financial matters.
- In addition, you will prepare audits, provide documentation, and assist in clarifying queries.
Qualifications
- You have a degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Controlling) or a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience.
- In addition, you bring sound knowledge in controlling, accounting, or project management.
- You also impress with a strong understanding of numbers as well as a structured and meticulous way of working.
- Furthermore, you work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have SAP knowledge.
- In addition, you communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English and present yourself confidently to internal and external contacts.
