Job description

On behalf of our partner company in the public sector in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Project Controller (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

As a Project Controller (m/f/d), you will manage the financial planning and monitoring of grant and third-party funded projects
In addition, you will prepare calculations, monitor budgets, costs, and cash flows, and ensure economic control
You will also be responsible for regular reporting, including the preparation of proof of use of funds
Furthermore, you will act as a contact person for project participants and external clients on financial issues
In addition, you will prepare audits, provide documentation, and assist in clarifying queries

Qualifications

You have a degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Controlling) or a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
In addition, you have sound knowledge in controlling, accounting, or project management
You also impress with a strong understanding of numbers and a structured and careful way of working
Furthermore, you work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have SAP knowledge
In addition, you communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English and present yourself confidently to internal and external contacts
