Project Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Project Controller (m/w/d) on behalf of our partner company from the public sector in Munich.

Tasks

• As Project Controller (m/w/d), you will control the financial planning and monitoring of funding and third-party projects.
• You will also create calculations, monitor budgets, costs, and cash flows, and ensure economic control.
• In addition, you will be responsible for regular reporting, including the preparation of expenditure statements.
• You will also act as a contact person for project participants and external contractors in financial matters.
• Furthermore, you will prepare audits, provide documents, and support in clarifying questions.

Qualification

• You hold a degree in business administration (e.g. BWL, Finance, Controlling) or a commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), with relevant professional experience.
• You also bring fundamental knowledge of controlling, accounting, or project management.
• You are characterized by a well-developed understanding of numbers and a structured and meticulous working method.
• You work confidently with MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally have SAP knowledge.
• You communicate sovereignly in German and ideally also in English and confidently present yourself to internal and external contact persons.
