Project Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a qualified and engaged Project Controller (m/w/d) for our location in Paderborn.

Tasks

• Responsibility for financial planning, control, and monitoring of national and international customer projects in the field of production logistics.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress regarding time planning, resources, and costs.
• Development of project budgets, forecasts, risk assessments, and recommendations for optimizing project performance.
• Preparation of financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management.
• Closely working with the project team and other departments to ensure project development in accordance with company goals.
• Active participation in optimizing project management processes and tools.
• Support in post-project management and accounting.

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business engineering, with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in project controlling, ideally in the machine, plant, or special machinery industry.
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with the ability to understand complex relationships and communicate them clearly.
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), experiences with SAP are advantageous.
• Team spirit and enjoyment of exchanging ideas with colleagues.
• Structured, meticulous, and result-oriented thinking and working style.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• Self-responsibility, affinity for numbers, and organizational skills complete your profile.
