Project Controller (m/w/d)

Introduction Bouwfonds Immobilienentwicklung (shortly BPD) is a company of Rabobank and one of the largest regional and project developers in Europe. In Germany, we have our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and are represented with office locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Nuremberg and Munich as well as in Hanover, Weimar, Koblenz, Freiburg and Überlingen. Our area of activity is the development and realization of housing projects. For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Project Controller (m/w/d) to support us in the project management and coordination of our residential construction projects. The tasks will include: • Project planning and control, including budgeting and scheduling; • Coordination with internal departments and external partners; • Monitoring and controlling of project progress; • Identification and resolution of potential risks and conflicts; • Preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders. Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, economics); • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and coordination skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
