Project Coordinator (m/w/d) for Pump-, Electrical- and Automation Technology

Location: Blankenfelde-Mahlow | Start date: Immediately or by arrangement | Full-time, unlimited

You are looking for a responsible job where technical know-how, project management, and customer contact come together? Then you will be part of Würdig – Pump Technology, a service-oriented, mid-sized company with its headquarters in Berlin. Our focus lies in the maintenance, installation, and optimization of pump systems and -systems of all kinds – including the associated MSR technology.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged project coordinator (m/w/d) who is responsible for the technical and organizational implementation of our customer projects – from inquiry to implementation. In this key position, you will manage workflows, coordinate interfaces, and actively contribute to sustainable customer loyalty and technical quality.

Tasks

• Comprehensive project management: customer inquiries, technical clarification, offer calculation
• Planning and organization of materials, personnel, and other resources
• Monitoring the project execution up to acceptance, billing, and documentation
• Customer care and consulting on site, particularly for existing customers
• Active participation in acquiring new customers and project orders
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers

Qualification

• Degree or technical training in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Process Technology, Environmental Technology, or equivalent
• Prior work experience in the aforementioned fields is desirable
• Good commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Safe demeanor, assertiveness, and the claim to implement projects enthusiastically and goal-oriented
• Openness, communication strength, and team spirit
• A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement
