Project Assistant Trainings (w/m/d)

Full Time Mid Level

Job description

MORITZ Consulting was founded in 2005 as a classical consulting firm for the hotel and gastronomy industry. Today, we accompany organizations from various service sectors, primarily working with medium-sized companies with high customer proximity.

What drives us today is what drove us back then: supporting organizations in managing their future, not just administrating it.

Our mission: We bring about development in organizations, teams, and for individuals – value-creating, sustainable, and forward-looking.

Our focal points: Succession planning, strategy and organization consulting, leadership development.

With more than 100 successful projects, we are one of the leading experts for change management in the service sector. As a family-owned company with a core team of currently 10 employees, we count among the leading consulting firms in East Germany.

To ensure that our projects maintain their quality not only content-wise but also organizationally, we need people who love structure, take responsibility, and keep an overview when things get complex.

This is where the position of Project Assistant Trainings comes into play:

As a Project Assistant Trainings, you ensure the smooth operational flow in the implementation of our customer projects and accompany them organizationally before, during, and after the event. Our customer projects include around 20 ongoing consulting projects as well as over 200 workshops, trainings, and coaching formats.

Our customers are at the center of our work. With your communication and organizational skills, you ensure that our projects are professionally implemented and service quality is not just a claim but an experience – in collaboration with our team and external partners.
