Project Assistant / Project Coordination R&D (m/w/x)

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the telecommunications and communications industry, we are looking for a Project Assistant / Project Coordinator R&D (m/w/x) in permanent employment at K-tronik. Tasks:

• Control of planned project packages according to the DoR (JIRA) - Taking over the coordination and accompaniment of the implementation of cross-project special topics (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 etc.) - Creation, maintenance, and provision of templates for project business (project proposals, reporting, handbooks, access room management etc.) - Point of contact for the superior PMO as a representative of our projects - Meeting management within projects and overarching rounds (Confluence, MS Office) - Participation in standardization of time plans/documents in our project leadership tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence)

Qualifications:

• Economic/technical education or studies; comparable qualification welcome - Experience in project assistance/project coordination or in a project environment (ideally 1-3 years) - Technical understanding; process knowledge (Product Lifecycle Management) - Secure handling of Jira; experience with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Office - Organizational and coordinating strength, team ability, proactive working style - Fluent German; good English desirable
