Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager in Graphic & Creation - Part-time (m|w|d)

Our headquarters is located at our site in Georgsmarienhütte, where we have departments for HR, Finance, IT, and Graphic Design. Together with around 40 colleagues, we create innovative marketing solutions, high-quality magazines, and diverse presentations and communication measures for our clients.

We work closely with our large photo studio in Bremen, which produces cross-media content in the areas of photography, film, and CGI.

We are currently looking for you as a Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager in Graphic & Creation (m/w/d) at our site in Georgsmarienhütte near Osnabrück in part-time (approximately 20-30 hours per week, flexible).

Tasks

• Interface and link between team, suppliers, and clients
• Coordination of a team with up to 3 colleagues
• Implementation of customer requirements and wishes under consideration of internal possibilities and resources
• Care for various customers for internal and external projects
• Safe, proactive, and solution-oriented project assistance within defined timeframes

Qualification

• Practical experience in media design or a comparable creative production environment – with understanding of workflows, timings, and clean implementation. This includes, for example, professional experiences as a media designer or in comparable creative or organizational fields
• Passion for the topics Lifestyle, Marketing, and Advertising
• Organizational talent, self-initiative, and cost-conscious thinking in everyday work
• A structured, solution-oriented, detail-loving working style, as well as a confident appearance
• Hands-on mentality, self-initiative, and good understanding of economic working
• Team player with good communication skills, empathy, and criticism ability
