Interior Designer

Workplace: Suchy Las (Poznań district)

Your responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive interior designs (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) tailored to the individual needs of the client, taking into account technical parameters, ergonomics, and trends
• Conducting design meetings with clients, during which you will prepare the design, advise on product selection, and create a cost estimate/order for products and services
• Cooperation with other departments and services (client advisors, logistics department, installers)
• Ensuring order, attractiveness, and compliance with standards in the arrangement zone
• Building relationships with clients and strengthening them through partner and loyalty programs

• You demonstrate openness and friendliness
• You have experience in interior design and direct customer service
• You can work in a team and value cooperation with others
• You are meticulous and thorough, especially when creating technical drawings and visualizations, and preparing cost estimates and orders
• You have the ability to advise and inspire clients, paying attention to details such as ergonomics and selecting the right products
• You are oriented towards achieving sales goals
• You are ready to work in shifts during store opening hours, including Saturdays (up to 3 per month) and on trading Sundays
