Structural Designer (M/F)

Małro Projekt Sp. z o.o. is a modern design office, part of the MAŁRO Group, a leader in the production of precast concrete elements in Poland with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Our office specializes in designing innovative building structures using the latest technologies and software. Currently, the Małro Projekt team consists of over 40 Designers and is dynamically growing – we have just opened a new branch in Katowice, and our goal is further development and expansion in Poland. We are looking for individuals who want to participate in creating ambitious precast and monolithic projects, co-create design processes, and develop new company locations. Due to the company's continuous development, we are currently looking for a person for the position of:

Structural Designer (M/F) Place of work: Katowice or Radzionków

• Independent management of building structures design projects – from concept, through static and strength calculations, to complete technical documentation,
• Design of reinforced concrete, prestressed, steel, and precast structures – both for precast plants and external clients, along with the development of technical, executive, and workshop designs,
• Cooperation with precast plants in developing and optimizing design solutions,
• Searching for optimal technical solutions, taking into account design, executive, and production requirements,
• Coordinating the work of Design Assistants and providing substantive support to the team,
• Ongoing cooperation with investors, branch designers, and construction sites during the investment implementation phase,
• Active participation in the development of implemented projects by proposing and implementing technical solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in designing building structures,
• Experience in independently managing projects,
• Knowledge of software for static and strength calculations (e.g., ABC Płyta, Specbud),
• Good knowledge of software for structural analysis (e.g., Dlubal RFEM, AxisVM),
• Knowledge of Allplan Engineering,
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and independently solve design issues
