Sanitary Installation Designer with Qualifications

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• developing sanitary installations designs for buildings, in particular HVAC, water supply and sewage, central heating, domestic hot water, and gas installations,
• performing calculations and selecting equipment and installation components,
• preparing design documentation at the concept, building permit, and executive design stages,
• interdisciplinary coordination of designed installations,
• cooperation with the Investor, architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines,
• substantive supervision over the implementation of developed documentation,
• participation in consultations and solving design problems.

Our requirements

• building qualifications for design in the installation specialization regarding thermal, ventilation, gas, water supply, and sewage networks, installations, and devices without limitations,
• experience in designing sanitary installations,
• good knowledge of AutoCAD / BricsCAD software,
• knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and technical conditions,
• ability to independently manage design projects,
• responsibility, accuracy, and good work organization,
• teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• experience in designing industrial, warehouse, office, or service facilities,
• knowledge of BIM / Revit,
• experience in interdisciplinary coordination and managing a design team.
