Project Administrator for Aerospace Programs (m/w/d)

Job Description:

To strengthen our expert team at our aerospace customer, we're looking for a Project Administrator for Aerospace Programs (m/w/d) in permanent employment at K-tronik. We're excited to get to know you personally - and work together with enthusiasm and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

• Moderation of hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) - Execution of the PMO role in offers, development programs, series programs, and F&T projects - Monitoring & Control of project progress under inclusion of controlling and program management - Preparation and participation in financial reviews and budget approvals - Development of best practice documents for PM methodology and process description and implementation of training sessions - Participation in the further development of project management standards

Qualifications:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar - Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power BI, and JIRA/Confluence is advantageous - Experience or additional qualification in project management - Very good German and English skills - High analytical skills - Careful and structured working method
