The Energie5, a dynamic subsidiary of Reshape Energy, is driving the energy transition through innovative solutions for renewable energies in and on commercial properties. Our focus lies on industrial photovoltaic systems and storage solutions. Due to our growth, we are looking for active support for our Operations Team in Cologne.

Deine Mission

As Projektabwickler / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of PV projects in the commercial sector – from planning to commissioning. At the same time, you will take on a central special function in building up, expanding, and managing our network of partners.

Round 60% of your role lies in project development. Approximately 40% of your capacity is dedicated to partner management: You identify suitable installation and implementation partners, build lasting relationships, develop standards for cooperation, and ensure that our network keeps pace with our growth.

Your tasks at a glance

Projektabwicklung & Operations

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von PV-Projekten – from the project plan to commissioning
• Steuerung und Koordination von Montageteams, Subunternehmern and Lieferanten
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Budgets and Zeitplänen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik and further internal interfaces
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Organisations- und Kostenstrukturen in a dynamic, scalable environment

Sonderfunktion Fachpartnernetzwerk – ca. 40% of the role

• Aufbau, Erweiterung and Pflege eines leistungsfähigen Fachpartnernetzwerks for installation, electrical installation and further implementation services
• Identifikation, Ansprache and Qualifizierung neuer Fachpartner
• Entwicklung von Kriterien, Standards and Prozessen for the selection and evaluation of partners, supported by the DC & AC specialist departments
• Strukturierte Betreuung bestehender Fachpartner and regular coordination regarding quality, capacities, availability and cooperation
• Support in price, performance and framework agreements in close coordination with Operations and Management
• Aufbau eines skalierbaren Partnerpools that secures our growth in Cologne and beyond

Qualifikation

You have already gained experience in the operational implementation of PV projects – ideally with a focus on commercial properties. You work structured, solution-oriented and take over responsibility gladly. Additionally, you enjoy developing external partners, building relationships and creating structures for professional cooperation.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- or Operationsmanagement in the field of photovoltaics, ideally in the commercial sector
• Fundiertes technisches Verständnis around PV systems
• Erfahrung in the management of installation teams, subcontractors or external service providers
• Kommunikationsstärke and negotiation skills in dealing with partners and suppliers
• Structured, practice-oriented working style with high self-initiative
• Führungsstärke and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of planning tools like PVSOL is a plus
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Installationsnormen, z. B. VDE-AR-N 4110 or VDE-AR-N 4105, is a plus
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
