Project / Student Job: Data Purification & Research (m/w/d)

Project Work | Duration: 4–6 Weeks | Scope: 10–20 Hours/Week

What's it about?

We have approximately 12,000 company data sets in our software that need to be checked, cleaned, and updated.

To do this, we are looking for motivated students and/or graduates who are eager to work structured, research, and work with data.

The project is time-limited, clearly structured, and ideal for gaining practical experience in the field of Digitalization & Data Quality.

How we work:

• Preferred joint work in the office (modern, pleasant working environment)
• Good atmosphere, snacks & drinks included

👉 Remote work is generally possible, but joint work on-site is explicitly desired.

Project scope & duration

• Duration: 4 or 6 weeks
• Fixed-term for the duration of the project
• Working hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible)
• Start: by arrangement

Tasks

You will check and update company data in an Excel table, including:

• Company name
• Street, house number, postal code, location
• Name of the owner/owner (if researchable)
• Phone number, fax, email address
• VAT ID (if available)

The check is done, for example, through:

• Google search
• Company websites
• Google Maps / industry directories

Afterwards, you will maintain the correct data neatly and uniformly in Excel.

Qualification

You bring:

Must-have

• Very good German skills
• Secure handling of Excel
• Careful, structured working style

Nice-to-have

• Pleasure in research (Google, websites, maps)
• Interest in Digitalization & Data
• Teamwork ability
