Project and Process Manager (m/w/d) - Sales Planning

In our department for project and process management, we are looking for an engaged person who takes responsibility for cross-sectional sales planning. As the central point of contact between sales, product management, and other departments, you are the key to precise and efficient planning of our sales figures. With your expertise in ERP systems and BI tools, you support strategic corporate planning and lay the foundation for the success of our further process optimizations.

• Responsibility for cross-sectional sales planning
• Implementation of forecast reviews at departmental level
• Closely coordinated with sales and product management on spare part requirements and sales figures
• Preparation of reports using BI tools and validation of data in the ERP system
• Provision of input parameters for capacity planning and procurement framework agreements
• Key user for ERP and BI in corporate planning

Special Focus:

• Interface function: close cooperation with departments such as preparation, technical procurement, procurement, product management, controlling

You Bring:

• Educational Background: Study of economics, business engineering, technical study or comparable study
• Professional Knowledge:
  • Ideal experience in a manufacturing company
  • High IT affinity and willingness to learn new ERP systems
  • Very good Excel-, PowerPoint- and BI skills (Cognos, PowerBI advantageous)
• Soft Skills:
  • Quickly grasp complex issues and reduce them to essential facts
  • Self-contained, structured, and analytical working style
  • Careful working style with high sense of responsibility for results
  • Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Inter-cultural competence advantageous
