As a Project and Application Engineer Sealing Technology (m/f/d) in the Electrolyzer product line, you will actively shape the industrialization of innovative hydrogen technologies and contribute your expertise in sealing technology throughout the entire product lifecycle. Together with customers, development, production, and project teams, you will create solutions that make a difference.

Shape: You will be responsible for the development and design of sealing solutions for electrolyzer applications.

Analyze: You will use numerical simulations and technical calculations to develop optimal solutions.

Collaborate: You will work closely with experienced colleagues in customer and development projects.

Live Customer Proximity:

You will address technical issues in direct exchange with our customers and develop tailored solutions.

Evaluate: You will select

sealing materials, analyze their properties, and support their further development.

Drive Industrialization: You will actively participate in shaping and optimizing processes for the introduction of new products.


What you are good at

Solid Foundation: You have completed a degree in engineering or natural sciences or a comparable technical qualification.

Simulation Experience: You have practical experience with numerical simulation software.

Sealing Technology: You have relevant experience or an additional qualification in sealing and material technology.

Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you already have initial knowledge in the field of electrolyzers or fuel cells.

Communication Skills: With confident German and English skills, you navigate the international environment with ease.

Mobility: Occasional business trips are part of a varied activity for you.

Personality: You work independently, think solution-oriented, and convince with a hands-on mentality and commitment.
