Thanks to the unique, modular, and flexible MobiCall alarm concept, we can focus on new integrations: connection to external systems, mobilization via DECT, Wi-Fi, SMS, E-mail, or 4G smartphone clients, voice recording and analysis, workflow and localization up to task management and multi-line contact center solutions are our daily business.

For our locations in Berlin and Neuss, we are looking for:

Project & Support Manager (m/w)

Tasks

The coordination of projects, conducting workshops in close cooperation with the project leadership and sales. You are responsible for the smooth execution of these projects to the satisfaction of our customers. Beyond the project's completion, you will advise and support the projects you have carried out.

Qualification

• IT training or experience with TK systems and ideally alarm servers
• Experience in project management is desirable but not a requirement
• Knowledge of industry-specific business processes, as well as insight into the basics of IT telecommunications (VoIP, routing, network, alarm servers)
• Experience in the area of introducing and supporting software solutions
• Very good communication skills
• Readiness for travel activity
• You appreciate independent, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented work
• You also give young employees with perspective a chance to grow into the profession as a lateral entrant
