Aufgaben

• You lead small and medium-sized agile digitalization projects
• You work out solution proposals for our customers
• You motivate your project team towards self-organization and fostering of autonomous action
• You plan and optimize DevOps processes
• You ensure transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and budget
• You communicate trustfully with heart and understanding
• You continuously educate yourself in new technologies to stay close to the market

Qualifikation

• Degree from a university or college, preferably in (business) informatics
• Experience in enterprise software development
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, or popular cloud platforms with microservices
• Practical experience in using KI technologies to optimize processes and operating relevant tools and platforms
• Good ideas for motivating your team and employees
• Analytical approach and goal-oriented solution strategies
• Good written and oral communication skills in German and English
