Tasks

• You support our project leaders in customer projects and ensure clean processes, clear communication, and sustainable decision-making bases.
• You support the creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource planning, and ongoing tracking of progress, risks, and measures.
• You create regular status reports, management summaries, and project dashboards and ensure that project standards, documentation, and approvals are upheld.
• You maintain project spaces, prepare templates, structure project documentation, and support teams in efficiently representing information in Jira and Confluence.
• You prepare project meetings before and after, document decisions, moderate as needed, and ensure clean follow-up of action items.
• You support risk and issue management, work structured change requests, and help keep quality and project goals in mind.
• You bring ideas for internal standards, templates, and best practices and actively help develop our PMO working method.

Qualification

• You have experience in the PMO environment or a comparable role in the project field, ideally in IT or consulting projects.
• You work structured, reliable, and detail-oriented and keep an overview even with parallel projects.
• You communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy coordinating various stakeholders.
• You have a good understanding of project methods, classical, agile, or hybrid, and bring ideally experience with Jira and Confluence.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You are willing to travel for project meetings in the German-speaking region.
