Tasks:

• Total responsible project management - Function as central interface to the customer - Leadership of change and supplementary negotiations with the customer - Comprehensive scheduling and consistent action pursuit - Ongoing cost tracking and budget monitoring - Full Customer Order Management (from order receipt to project completion) - Preparation of internal and external reports - Operational leadership of the project team (functionally, not disciplinarily)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, economics, or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in change management - In-depth experience in project management and project leadership - Secure handling of MS Office, MS Project, and SAP - Good knowledge of process management, risk management, and total quality management / problem-solving methods - Fluent German and English skills
