What awaits you
- You will take overall responsibility for our event projects – from conception to reporting
- You think holistically and want to create events that inspire
- You manage internal teams and external service providers for a perfect execution
- You develop event formats and provide new impulses – through roadshows, partner, or employer branding events
- You keep an eye on budgets, timings, and milestones – and deploy resources strategically
- You use KPIs such as NPS or no-show rates to make our events measurably better
- You strategically use digital and AI-powered tools – for more efficient planning, smoother communication, and more meaningful analyses
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in event management of B2B formats such as trade fairs, roadshows, or partner events, as well as experience in project management
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, organizational talent, and a structured way of working – even with complex projects
- Proficient use of event and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, event management software)
- Experience with AI tools in event planning and communication – or the willingness to learn them quickly
- Willingness to travel for events in Germany and Austria
- Independent, structured way of working with a high standard of quality
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2) skills
