To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Project Coordinator/in, for consulting & project assignments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.

Aufgaben

Main tasks:

1. Project planning

• Define goals and requirements
• Create a project structure plan
• Plan, lead, and coordinate projects in the field of product care, quality projects, and developments of microscope component
• Prepare project sketches (including goal setting, work packages, resource and cost planning)
• Plan and coordinate development tasks as well as interface departments
• Moderate error analyses and derive corrective measures for technical problems
• Presentation of project progress, budget compliance, and project results
• Budget and resource planning, as well as risk management

2. Team leadership and coordination

• Assemble the project team
• Distribute tasks and coordinate
• Motivate and lead the team

3. Communication

• Regular project meetings (internal and external)
• Serve as a contact person for stakeholders and clients
• Presentation of project status (e.g., in the form of status reports or presentations)
• Tight cooperation with procurement, department, management, and quality

4. Project monitoring & control

• Monitor progress (time, costs, quality)
• Recognize deviations and counteract them
• Change request management
• Quality assurance
• Participate in the Steering Board

5. Project closure

• Acknowledge project results
• Documented and Lessons Learned
• Team dissolution and post-processing
• Presentation at all levels
• Steering activity on site at the project location (readiness for business trips 2-3 days per week)

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, economics or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the required fields
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and methods (conventional, V-Model, Agile, and hybrid)
• Very good German (C2) and English language skills (at least C1) in writing and speaking
• Experience in coordinating development tasks with a focus on proof-of-concept and laboratory testing of requirements
• Experience in working together with electronics, firmware, and construction
• Experience in handling digital task management systems (e.g., Teams Planner, Azure DevOps) desirable
• SCRUM / SAFE training
• Driver's license for a car
