The contentRun GmbH is a modern Social Media Agency with its seat in Memmingen. We develop high-quality video and social media content for exciting companies across Germany – with a clear focus on Southern Germany. In doing so, we strategically, creatively, and holistically support our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative, structured, and creative personality who will manage our customers as project managers:in and key-accounts and together with our content team successfully implement social media appearances.

Aufgaben

🎥 Drehtage & Kundenbetreuung vor Ort

• Throughput of shooting days together with a Content Creator
• At contentRun, we always shoot in pairs: The Content Creator produces the content – you support it content-wise, organizationally, and strategically
• Key-account role during filming: You have an overview, know what the customer wants and which strategy is behind it
• Organization and control of the shooting process
• Creative input for video implementation (contents, dramaturgy, formats)
• Support in lighting setup and content alignment
• Guidance and care of people before the camera
• Your own appearances before the camera (for customers & contentRun)

🧠 Konzepte & Strategie

• Development of strategic social media concepts & scripts for shooting days
• Presentation and explanation of the concepts to the customer
• Accompaniment and preparation of kick-off & concept meetings at new customers
• Strategic consulting around social media

📊 Projektarbeit & Account Management

• First point of contact (key-account) for our customers
• Interface between team members and coordination of tasks
• Strategic, analytical support and further development of customer profiles
• Community management of customer profiles
• Observation of social media trends & developments and implementation in agency daily life
• Creation of graphics with Photoshop or Canva
• Presentation preparation
• Participation in new projects and topics around social media

Qualifikation

• Experience in the field of Social Media & Marketing
• Degree or completed training in the corresponding field
• High affinity to Social Media and digital trends
• Very good organizational skills and good understanding of people
• Good sense for texts and storytelling
• Self-assured appearance and joy in speaking to people
• Able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Openness to new topics and formats
• Residence in Memmingen or surrounding area
