We are a 12-person digital agency in the heart of the Belgian Quarter with flat hierarchies, a lot of dynamics, and little enthusiasm for rigid bureaucracy. For our digital projects, we are looking for an organizational talent that will strategically advise our clients and operationally drive the threads.

Tasks

Your Playground: Account & Project Management for our digital projects

You are the communicative interface between the team and clients, and you drive digital projects forward independently.

• Client Happiness Maker:in: You are the first point of contact, advise proactively, and ensure a trusting cooperation.
• Project Lead: You plan website relaunches and digital campaigns comprehensively, keep budgets and deadlines in mind, and drive progress independently forward.
• Internal Gear: You delegate tasks to implementation (design, development, SEO), coordinate workflows, and ensure quality control.
• Chaos Tamer:in: We don't have 500-page process manuals. You work solution-oriented, find ways where others see problems, and keep an overview even at high speed.

Qualification

What you bring:

• Experience: You have 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the agency field, and know how digital projects
