As an intern in the Projects & Innovation team, you will contribute to achieving operational objectives in terms of quality, safety, employee well-being, and costs. The Projects & Innovations team ensures that the processes around packing and delivering our products become smarter, faster, and more efficient step by step. An internship offers you the opportunity to work on improvement projects within Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Last Mile. You will work on large improvement projects, but also on smaller initiatives with which we make Crisp a little better every day. Will you join our team in February 2027?

What you will do

You will become part of the Project & Innovations team alongside experienced project managers from various disciplines. You will collaborate extensively with the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Last Mile teams. Together with a project manager, you will work on one or more projects within one of the above disciplines. You will analyze and create a project plan, but then you will primarily focus on implementing your improvement. You will be given all the space and guidance to put your ideas into practice.

This is you

• Are you pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, (Technical) Business Administration, or a comparable commercial study?

• You are in your third or fourth year.

• You are available for a period of at least 5 months.

• You are proactive, curious, and analytically skilled.

• You have, just like us, a passion for sustainable and delicious food.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
