Projects Engineer - Sugar Engineering Industry

Hire Resolve’s client in the sugar industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Projects Engineer in Noodsberg. Responsibilities: Plan, structure, and lead the execution of site improvement projects using appropriate processes and tools. Identify and manage implementation of capital projects, ensuring economic and community outcomes are delivered on time. Leverage in-country support from process and engineering optimization teams to deliver on project mandates. Coordinate development of a 5-year strategic plan for sugar industry operations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Provide technical guidance and support to site-based engineers and technicians. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of sugar industry operations, including process flows, equipment, and maintenance requirements. Provide technical expertise in the development of site-specific procedures and standards. Coordinate and participate in project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required. Ensure that all projects are delivered within budget and on time.
